Last updated May 31, 2026. These terms govern use of Recl during beta and production operation.
Use of Recl
- You may use Recl to save links, videos, notes, quotes, images, summaries, and recall activity for your own knowledge work.
- You are responsible for the content you save and for making sure you have the right to process or store it.
- You must not use Recl to violate platform terms, bypass access controls, scrape private content, or process unlawful material.
AI outputs
- Summaries, recall prompts, tags, graph links, and other AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate.
- Do not rely on Recl outputs as legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or professional advice.
Accounts and security
- You are responsible for keeping your account, browser extension token, mobile sessions, and connected messaging accounts secure.
- Recl may suspend or restrict accounts that create abuse risk, security risk, payment risk, or service instability.
Billing
- Paid plans renew according to the checkout terms shown by the payment provider. Taxes, refunds, cancellations, invoices, and payment methods are handled through the billing portal where available.
- Plan limits, quotas, pricing, and included features may change. Existing subscribers will receive reasonable notice for material changes where required.
Availability and liability
- Recl is provided as-is and may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recl is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or reliance on generated outputs.
